CPA Assessments are a year-long collaborative planning effort that help the City better understand the unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities within each community. Through community engagement, data analysis, and coordination with City departments and partner agencies, the assessment identifies neighborhood priorities and our team works to develop recommendations to help guide future planning, investments, and decision-making. While the CPA Assessment does not change zoning or adopt new regulations, it provides valuable information that helps inform future city policies, projects, and programs. There will also be several opportunities to get involved over the coming months, including community meetings, open houses, surveys, pop-up events, and other outreach activities.
If you have any questions or would like to schedule a presentation at an upcoming meeting, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I look forward to meeting you and working together throughout this process. Prior to our kick-off event in September please visit and share the links below to tell us more about priorities for you community as well as what is working and what might need more attention. We are also including a link to sign up for updates about your CPA Assessment.
Thank you, and I hope to see you at our kick-off event!
